Terms & Conditions Pusat4D – Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

Welcome to pusat4d, an online betting and entertainment platform operated under the domain pusat4d.bio. This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") governs the relationship between you ("Member" or "User") and pusat4d ("Platform", "we", "the company").

By visiting the pusat4d website, registering an account, or using any of the services provided, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you are required to discontinue use of the pusat4d platform.

• Maintain only one (1) account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether different information is used.
• Keeping your account password confidential. Pusat4D will not be held responsible for any losses arising from the disclosure of your password to another party.
• Notify pusat4d immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.

Pusat4D reserves the right to verify your identity at any time through the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit a copy of your identification document, proof of address, and/or proof of the payment method used.

All financial transactions on pusat4d are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Our platform supports the following local Malaysian payment methods:

Pusat4D does not charge any additional fees for deposits. However, your payment service provider may impose separate processing fees on their end.

Deposited funds must come from a legitimate source and belong to the member. Pusat4D reserves the right to request proof of source of funds where necessary, as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

Pusat4d members are entitled to withdraw their cash balance (excluding bonuses) from their account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal method must be the same as, or related to, the deposit method used.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit for regular members is RM10,000; Diamond VIP members are RM50,000.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15–30 minutes for standard members and under 5 minutes for VIP members.

Pusat4D reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing by up to 5 business days if additional investigation is required in relation to fraud, money laundering, or technical issues. In such cases, the member will be contacted via email or phone.

Pusat4D offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, which will be stated on their respective promotions pages. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• The welcome bonus is exclusively for new members making their first deposit via an eligible payment method.
• The standard wagering requirement is between 10x and 30x the bonus amount depends on the type of promotion.
• Each member is entitled to the welcome bonus once only. Any attempt to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts will result in the cancellation of all related bonuses.
• Bonuses must be used within the specified timeframe (typically 7–30 days), or they will expire automatically.
• Pusat4D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Games that contribute towards the wagering requirement are subject to the designated contribution schedule: slots (100%), Live Casino (10–20%), football & sports (10%), poker (5%).

All games available on pusat4d — including Malaysia Super League and EPL Sports Betting, Live Casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), poker, slots, and e-sports — are subject to the following general rules:

• All game results are final once confirmed by the pusat4d system. No appeals will be entertained for results that have already been settled.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, pusat4d will make a determination based on available system records. If a game cannot be completed, the wager will be returned to the member's account.
• Any bets placed after the actual result is known — whether due to a system error or unauthorised information — will be voided and the stake returned.
• Pusat4D uses an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) to ensure full fairness across all casino games.
• For Live Casino games with a live dealer, the dealer's decisions are final, subject to review by the game manager in the event of a dispute.

Pusat4D reserves the right to void or suspend any bet or game suspected of involving fraud, manipulation, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities. In such cases, pusat4d's decision is final.

Pusat4d members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• The use of automated software, bots, or scripts to play or interact with the platform.
• Player collusion to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use yours.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of a third party.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors or system vulnerabilities for unauthorised financial gain.
• Money laundering or using the pusat4d platform for any illegal activity.
• Uploading or submitting content that is offensive, threatening, or unlawful.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to conceal your actual location in order to bypass regional restrictions.

Pusat4D takes the protection of our members' personal data seriously and operates in compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. The personal information you provide during registration is collected and used for:

• Verifying your identity and eligibility to use the platform.
• Processing your financial transactions securely.
• Providing effective customer support services.

Pusat4D is not responsible for any betting or financial decisions made by members based on information available on the platform. All bets are placed at the member's own risk.

You may close your pusat4d account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be met, or any associated bonuses will be forfeited. Any remaining cash balance will be returned via the original payment method, subject to successful KYC verification.

Pusat4D reserves the right to close or suspend your account without prior notice if:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• You are in breach of any term set out in this document.
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• You have been found to have registered multiple accounts.
• Pusat4D is directed to do so by the relevant authorities.

For inactive accounts closed after 12 months without activity, pusat4D will attempt to contact the member using their registered contact details before any action is taken.

Pusat4D believes that betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of stress or financial hardship. We are committed to promoting responsible gaming through a range of tools and policies:

• Deposit Limit: Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings.
• Play Time Limits: A tool that allows members to limit the amount of time they spend playing each day.
• Game Break: The option to temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from this agreement and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
