Registering a pusat4d account is free and straightforward. Click the "Register" button at the top of the page, fill in your personal details (full name, Malaysian phone number, email, date of birth), create a username and password, then agree to the Terms & Conditions. The whole process takes under 2 minutes. You must be at least 18 years old to register. Each individual is only permitted to hold one pusat4d account.

The minimum age to register and play at pusat4d is 18. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. All registrations require date-of-birth verification, and the KYC (Know Your Customer) process carried out before your first withdrawal will confirm your actual age. Any account found to belong to an underage individual will be terminated immediately and all balances withheld.

Some details such as your email address and phone number can be updated under "Account Settings" after logging in. However, your full name as stated on your MyKad cannot be changed once KYC verification is complete. This is to protect the security of your account. KYC stands for "Know Your Customer". It is an industry-standard process to verify a player's identity before their first withdrawal is processed. You will need to submit a clear photo of your MyKad (front and back). The process typically takes 1–24 hours on business days. KYC only needs to be completed once, and it helps protect your account from fraudulent activity while ensuring your winnings reach the rightful account holder.

Select your preferred withdrawal method (Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, or bank transfer), enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm the request. Make sure your KYC is completed – this is mandatory for your first withdrawal. Withdrawals for regular members are processed within 15–30 minutes, while VIP members enjoy processing in 5 minutes or less. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM20.

Withdrawal limits depend on your VIP tier. For regular members, the daily withdrawal limit is RM10,000. Upgrading to a higher VIP tier unlocks higher limits — Diamond VIP members can withdraw up to RM100,000 per day. New pusat4d members are eligible for a 150% Welcome Bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,500. For example, if you deposit RM200, you'll receive an additional RM300 in bonus funds – bringing your total playing balance to RM500! The bonus is credited automatically after your first successful deposit. A wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies before any withdrawal can be made.
